1. Rental of the Fellowship Hall is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members of Grass Lake Baptist Church rent the building free of cost.

2. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the premises during your rental of the Fellowship Hall. The Renter is responsible for reporting and correcting any damages that occurred during the time of rental. GLBC is not liable for loss or damage to any personal property or personal injury. A walk-through prior to rental is recommended.

3. After each event, the Renter will be responsible for ensuring all areas utilized during the rentals are at the same level of cleanliness as when the rental began.

4. The facilities and grounds are alcohol and smoke-free (including vaping).

5. All music, videos, and/or displays utilized during the rental are to be tasteful and not contrary to the doctrinal and theological convictions of GLBC. See church statements of faith for clarification.

6. GLBC reserves the right to audit the rental at any time. If during the event, a violation of the permitted use is identified, a representative from the church will provide an opportunity for correction. If the violation is not corrected, the event will be cancelled immediately with no return of deposit.

7. You are welcome to decorate the room. This may include colored table liners, flowers, chair covers, etc. You are not allowed to tape or tack any decorations to the walls or doorways. All food and beverages are provided by the Renter.

8. Rental of the Fellowship Hall is $300.00 per day, the rental begins at 8:00 A.M. on the day of the Event, except on Sundays, where rentals begin at 1:00 P.M. A liability certificate for the event must be obtained prior to the event and have Grass Lake Baptist Church listed as the payee. The insurance certificate can be located here.

9. If interested in booking a date, please contact us for date availability and scheduling a walk-through by emailing maryb@glbaptist.org. A $150 deposit is required to hold your date.
